한편, 오대교 대표는 방송·강연·컨설팅을 넘나들며 입시 정보를 대중화해 온 공로를 인정받아 교육산업대상 외에도 다수의 교육 관련 수상을 이어오고 있으며, 앞으로도 ‘방향을 아는 아이를 키우는 교육’을 중심으로 한 입시 전략 연구를 지속할 예정이다

TVN’s “Ilta Mom” featured admissions expert Modenedu (Odae CSAT Research Institute / CEO Oh Dae-gyo), who has been recognized as a leading figure in Daechi-dong admissions. He won the Grand Prize in the College Admissions Consulting category at the 20th Korea Education Industrial Awards, held at the Korea Press Center in Taepyeong-ro, Seoul—marking his 9th consecutive year receiving the award. In his acceptance speech, Oh explained that Modenedu has consistently conducted nationwide admissions lectures (about 200 annually), provided one-on-one admissions road map consulting for over 1,000 students, and supported another 1,000 students with early and regular admissions application consulting. He also noted the strong demand for admissions information, citing that 1,100 people attended an admissions seminar at Korea University’s Inchon Memorial Hall in 2024 and about 1,700 attended a career and college guidance concert at Yonsei University’s main auditorium in 2025. Oh shared his view on the changing admissions landscape, emphasizing that admissions success depends on both grades and student records. He stated that Modenedu has built a strategic framework that links data from roughly 3,300 middle schools and 1,700 high schools to clearly show the difference in outcomes between preparing for three years versus five years. He added that the organization continues to refine practical admissions road maps that help students overcome unfavorable grades through thoughtful student record planning and selection strategy.

A Modenedu representative added that, based on counseling data collected from consulting more than 1,000 students on student record management, they are developing a differentiated parent counseling program. The program will guide families on how to apply structural admissions knowledge and essential selection criteria to real admissions road maps. Oh has also been recognized with multiple awards for his efforts to make admissions information more accessible through video, lectures, and consulting. He plans to continue his research on admissions strategies centered on “educating students who know their direction.”
